Facing East is a new musical based on Carol Lynn Pearon’s stiring play about an upstanding American Mormon couple who unexpectedly meet their gay son’s partner whilst dealing with his death. With music and lyrics by David Rigano and Mark-Eugene Garcia, Facing East will be hosting its world premiere concert performance at the Lyric Theatre in London’s West End on Monday 22nd June.
With an all star cast featuring Alisdair Harvey (We Will Rock You), Michael Vinsen (The Book of Mormon) and Rebecca Lock (Phantom), Monday’s performance will be one of the first opportunities for British theatre lovers to hear the soaring new score of this emerging new musical.
